What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
It varies by product — each item has its own requirement. Review the product details, or ask our team to confirm the volume needed for the lines you plan to carry. Applying costs nothing and does not commit you to an order.
How does the extra volume discount work?
Approved partners pay 30% below retail on everything. Your yearly volume then adds more on top: +1% from $1,000, rising to +5% from $5,000 — so 35% off in total at the highest tier. It applies automatically and is exclusive to partners.
Can products carry my venue's or client's logo?
Yes. Embossing, laser engraving and custom finishes are available, and bespoke silhouettes can be developed when a stock shape does not fit the concept.
How do I check the materials before committing?
Order a sample box — leather, faux leather or fabric at $20.60, or the large box with every material at $41.20. Show it to your client, then decide the range.
How fast do orders ship?
Place an order by 1 PM (PST for US, CET for EU) on in-stock items and it ships the next day from the corresponding warehouse. Made-to-order pieces run through production first.
